澳門國際環保合作發展論壇及展覽(MIECF)由中華人民共和國澳門特別行政區政府主辦，得到國家發展和改革委員會、國家科學技術部、國家工業和信息化部及國家生態環境部作為特邀支持單位，泛珠三角省/區政府協辦，並由招商投資促進局及環境保護局作為官方承辦單位。
MIECF自2008年首屆舉辦，並於2011年成為國際展覽業協會(UFI)認證的專業展會，多年來舉辦多項高規格專題會議、展覽、論壇、項目推介會、新品發佈會以及商業配對等交流活動。MIECF配合經濟適度多元發展策略，聚焦旅遊休閒和四大產業的綠色發展，進一步增強與國際產業之間“官、產、學、研、用、金”（政府、產業、教育、科研、用家、金融）等領域的環保交流合作，加快推動澳門經濟適度多元、可持續和高質量發展。
MIECF作為國際重要的綠色年度盛會，每年均吸引來自世界各地以及本地的環保企業和專業觀眾參與。
The Macao International Environmental Co-operation Forum & Exhibition (MIECF) is hosted by the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, with the National Development and Reform Commission of the People’s Republic of China, the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China, and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People’s Republic of China as special supporting organisations. It is co-organised by the governments of the Pan-Pearl River Delta Region (PPRD), and co-ordinated by the Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) and the Environmental Protection Bureau (DSPA).
MIECF was launched in 2008 and accredited by the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) in 2011. Over the years, it has hosted numerous high-profile events, including themed conferences, exhibitions, forums, project promotions, new product launches, and business matching sessions. In alignment with Macao’s strategy of appropriate economic diversification, the MIECF focuses on the green development of the tourism and leisure industry, as well as the four key industries, to further strengthen international cross-sectoral environmental exchange and co-operation between governments, industries, education institutions, research institutes, users and investors. The ultimate goal is to accelerate Macao’s appropriate economic diversification while promoting sustainable, high-quality development.
MIECF as a grand annual green event of global importance, attracts the participation of environmental companies and professional visitors from Macao and beyond each year.
