國際基礎建設投資與建設高峰論壇於2010年經中國商務部批准創辦，由中國對外承包工程商會及澳門招商投資促進局聯合主辦，目前已連續成功舉辦16屆。論壇由中國商務部、外交部、發改委、國資委、國務院港澳辦、澳門特別行政區政府、中央人民政府駐澳門特別行政區聯絡辦公室指導，聚焦「一帶一路」基建合作熱點趨勢和前沿話題，為各國政府部門、金融機構、工程承包、勘察設計、咨詢服務、工程機械等相關專業機構搭建國際專業平台。經過十多年的發展，論壇發展成為全球基礎建設合作領域規格最高、規模最大、最具國際影響力的年度產業盛會。
舉辦至今共吸引逾630名部長級嘉賓、3萬多名行業精英出席，國際“朋友圈”不斷擴大；安排220多個合作項目，涉及合作金額逾1千億美元，涵蓋交通運輸、房屋建築、能源電力、產業園區、工程裝備、礦產開發及人才培養等合作領域。
The International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum & Exhibition (IIICF) is an international platform with the theme of investment and construction of infrastructure, jointly organized by China International Contractors Association and Macao Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute with the approval of establishment by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce in 2010. IIICF serves as an important platform to exchange strategic thinking and insights, explore opportunities and seek cooperation for related government authorities, financial institutions, engineering companies, survey & design firms, consultants, and equipment manufacturers, etc., under the guidance of MOFCOM, MOFA, NDRC, SASAC, HMO, Macao SAR, LOCPG MO.
To date, the event has attracted over 630 ministerial-level guests and more than 30,000 industry leaders, facilitating the continuous expansion of its international network. More than 220 partnership projects have been agreed, with a total investment of over US$100 billion, covering areas such as transport, housing construction, energy and power, industrial parks, engineering equipment, mineral exploration, and talent cultivation.
